Welcome! I’m Lisa and together with my husband Rydall, we ventured into the skip bin industry thanks to a close friend who was already deeply involved in the business. This led to the creation of our own skip bin company, Backyard Bins.
On the daily I take immense pride in applying the knowledge and experience I have gained from our earlier partnership to shape our new venture.
With over 20+ years of experience, I am able to provide my advice and expertise when needed. Whether you’re a customer or not, I’m more than willing to provide recommendations on proper waste management and related matters.
Adaptability is a core trait that defines me. I’m always open to change and ready to accommodate customers’ unique needs. For example, if a customer requests a bin placement that isn’t easily accessible, both Rydall and I make every effort to meet their requirements.
As a dedicated team player, I take on various roles within our company. I offer high levels of customer service as well as administrative tasks, I also personally deliver skip bins to customers using our smaller truck.
One thing customers can consistently count on is a prompt response from me. Whether it’s an inquiry or a booking form, I’m always prepared to reply promptly, ensuring that customers can expect to hear back from us within 24 hours or less. Your needs and satisfaction are our top priorities at Backyard Bins, and I’m here to make sure of that.
